　　万豪国际集团近日宣布任命两名首席发展官以支持集团在亚太地区的扩张计划:自 2022 年 1 月 1 日起，郁国刚将担任大中华区首席发展官，而Shawn Hill则将担任亚太区(不含大中华区)首席发展官。此前，亚太区首席发展官方波(Paul Foskey)已宣布将于 2022 年 5 月退休。通过新岗位的设立，万豪国际集团致力于扩充集团在大中华区和亚太其他地区的领导团队，确保集团在该区域的业务可以继续良好发展。

　　郁国刚曾担任酒店业务发展高级副总裁，主要负责集团在中国大陆地区的业务。作为一名在万豪国际工作了13年的资深人士，郁国刚在集团于中国中高端市场拓展战略的制定发挥了关键作用，其中包括运营万枫酒店和 Moxy酒店在中国的特许经营商业模式。郁国刚在万豪国际集团的职业生涯始于发展总监岗位。2013 年，作为副总裁的郁国刚成立了集团上海发展办公室，并组建了一支出色的业务发展团队，为集团在中国的发展做出了有意义的贡献。郁国刚曾在浙江大学获得汉语言文学学位。

　　自2021年11月1日起，李罡先生(Mr. Eric Li)正式被任命成为杭州JW万豪酒店及杭州武林万怡酒店总经理。

　　李罡(Eric Li)先生拥有二十余年的酒店行业经验，曾于香格里拉、温德姆、雅高及万豪旗下的酒店担任高管及总经理，足迹遍及武汉、青岛、苏州、杭州、千岛湖及义乌，并以出色的管理能力荣获2016年万豪国际集团中国区年度最佳总经理奖及亚太区钻石总经理奖。加入杭州JW万豪酒店及杭州武林万怡酒店之前，李罡先生于义乌万豪酒店及义乌万豪行政公寓担任总经理一职。

　　With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Mr. Li began his career in reservation & revenue management, he occupied senior executive positions and General Manager in international brands includes Shangri-la, Wyndham, Accor and Marriott International across Wuhan, Qingdao, Suzhou, Hangzhou and Yiwu. In 2016, Mr. Li received the awards of General Manager of the Year and Diamond General Manager by Marriott International Inc. for his outstanding performance and leadership competence. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Li served as General Manager of Yiwu Marriott Hotel and The International Trade City, Yiwu-Marriott Executive Apartments.

　　Mr. Li who served as Resident Manager of JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou and Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou Wulin from 2013 to 2014, is honored to return to his beloved city when the osmanthus blossoms. As a member of Marriott International's Luxury Brands and Classic Collection, famous known as the first flagship hotel of Marriott International in Hangzhou, these two hotels witnessed countless glamorous moments in the past 11 years. 　　Mr. Martin Verpoorten has been appointed General Manager of the Pullman & Novotel Guangzhou Baiyun Airport complex hotels, in addition to Area General Manager responsibilities for the region for AccorHotels. Prior to the appointment, Mr. Verpoorten was also in a similar capacity within Accor as Area General Manager located at the Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel.

　　Martin was born and educated in the United Kingdom, where he gained a solid foundation in luxury food and beverage within private club operations. Being a pioneer of the China hotel industry development, Martin arrived in Beijing in the early nineties and experienced first-hand the rapid development over the past three decades which has given him a great advantage in understanding the Chinese culture, developing local talents and the ability to speak fluently in Mandarin Chinese.

　　Over the past 30 years, Martin has worked in various locations including Beijing, Sanya, Shenyang, Shanghai, Zhongshan, Ningbo and Tianjin and conducted eight luxury hotel openings working for Shangri-La, Starwood Hotels and Marriot International. In 2018, Martin officially joined the Accor-Hotels group, serving as a property leader and Area General Manager in three locations. Martin has been honored with several prestigious awards for recognition of service to the hotel industry including the China Friendship Award and high-level Top Talent certification. 　　刘宏飞先生出生于广袤的东北大地-沈阳，懵懂少年在家人的支持下选择了当时还算冷门的西餐专业，毕业后在香格里拉开启了自己梦一般的酒店生涯。经过5年打下扎实的基础，青年把目光定向远方，在2005年毅然踏上前往迪拜酒店工作的征程。不同于迪拜的软红香土，哈勃图尔大海滩度假酒店的后厨内暗流涌动。作为13家餐厅中唯一1位中国籍厨师，专业领域的英文口语交流是他面临的一大阻碍，白日磨练技法，深夜苦练英文是他前半年的真实写照。短短两年的海外生涯，刘宏飞先生的技艺如跨八度音阶般迅速提升，同时也形成了自己独有的烹饪理念。2007年后，他回归故土，辗转几何，也曾短暂跳出酒店尝试不同的角色，但酒店永远都是他魂牵梦绕的地方。在被任命为广州富力君悦大酒店行政总厨之前，刘宏飞先生先后在香格里拉酒店集团，朗廷酒店集团及万豪国际酒店集团等旗下酒店担任要职。

　　We are pleased to announce that Mr. Louis Liu has been appointed as Executive Chef of Grand Hyatt Guangzhou. He will be responsible for the kitchen operations of the hotel's five restaurants and bars, as well as room service and banquet.

　　Mr. Louis Liu was born and grew up in Shenyang, China. With strong support from his family, the young man chose Western cuisine-the less popular domain at that time-as his major. He began his professional career at Shangri-La Shenyang as soon as he graduated. After five years, he set off for Dubai to broaden his horizons at Habtoor Grand Resort (deluxe 5-star hotel with 13 restaurants). As the only Chinese, oral English communication in the culinary field was one of the obstacles for him. He spent more than six months honing his skills by day and cramming English by night. His skills have developed by leaps and bounds, and he has also undergone a dramatic change in terms of cooking philosophy within just two years. In 2007, he came back to China and continued his impressive career. During this time, he briefly stepped out of the hotel to take on some new roles, but the hotel has always had a special place in his heart. Prior to his appointment as Executive Chef at Grand Hyatt Guangzhou, Louis has held key positions at different international hotel groups such as Shangri-La, Langham and Marriott International Group.

　　"Culinary arts are aesthetic, and I treat every dish as an art treasure," Louis said, "There are countless combinations of ingredients, and success depends on whether you can hit an unexpected receipt or not." Travel always brings afflatus. Having traveled all over the world, he is keen on Xi'an, the ancient capital city of 13 Dynasties. The quaint structures depict the unique characteristics of the folk custom in Northwest China, which provides him the inspiration to create new dishes. Louis always upholds an enterprising heart and constantly learns from excellent counterparts in refining his culinary skills and concept. When it comes to the management of the kitchen, Louis emphasizes the importance of treating people with reasoning at work. However, he is also a jovial and gentle person who personally gets along well with the team.

　　Out of the kitchen, Louis works out five times a week, as keep in good condition is also an important part of being a chef. His competence and self-control are naturally shown after years of accumulations.

　　近日，成都棕榈泉费尔蒙酒店正式任命毕爽(Alan Bi)先生为尝艺中餐厅行政总厨，全面负责酒店中厨房的运营管理及菜品研发工作。

　　毕厨来自辽宁，在世界奢华酒店及米其林餐厅拥有超过15年的丰富的烹饪经验及餐饮从业履历。凭借其对美食的热爱，2011年只身前往迪拜，在卓美亚阿联酋大厦HAKKASAN客家人餐厅开启了他的环球烹饪之旅，在各类奢华酒店和米其林餐厅间不断的交替历练，让他对创意融合料理有着独到的见解，他的菜品深受曼城老板曼苏尔酋长及迪拜王室的喜爱，曾两次受邀做私人厨师。

　　在泰国工作期间，他应邀参加泰国电视台栏目《Iron Chef》铁人厨师并一举夺冠。2019年，毕厨加入加拿大DASHA餐厅，联手米其林一星主厨Akira Back共同打造现代创意料理。在加入成都棕榈泉费尔蒙之前，他曾任职于苏州尼依格罗酒店担任中餐行政总厨一职。

With over 15 years worldwide culinary experience, Alan has worked in luxury hotels and Michelin restaurants in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Bangkok, Johannesburg, Toronto, Shanghai and Suzhou before coming to Chengdu.

　　In 2011, he began his journey at Hakkasan - Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai, then worked for Hakkasan brand around the world. After that, he went to Atlantis The Palm for further study, where he has learned his skills in managing high-end luxury culinary operations in the hospitality industry. Alan's skills were proven very successful and popular in the Dubai Imperial, he has been invited to be the private chef for the owner of Manchester City F.C.

　　During his work in Thailand, he participated in the popular TV program "Iron Chef" and won the championship. In 2019, Alan joined Dasha restaurant in Canada, worked with Michelin one-star chef Akira Back while he improved to create modern fusion cuisine.
